Zoa Hotel - Adults Only - Mazunte

The suite's terrace provided stunning sunset views, while the attentive manager elevated our experience. The lack of direct beach access felt offset by the lush, private surroundings.

We loved amazing pool.

we were given a suite with a double bed.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect, to the "beach area ". It was also next to the restaurant, the ocean to and lots of stairs. The room was beautiful and we really enjoyed coffee/tea making machines and glassware.

From skeptic to superfan

The staff's attention to detail was beyond excellent! Salomon was cute and took care of every request.

Accessing nearby beaches required some effort. They were a bit of a walk away, slightly inconvenient.

The surroundings were fine, with well-maintained greenery that provided an unbelievable view out to sea. The peaceful atmosphere was like home, and the personalized service stood out as the manager anticipated every need without being intrusive. The food was exquisite, creating an experience as if we had our own private chef. The sea view from our suite elevated our stay even further.

Despite the beauty, the remote location made accessing local attractions slightly challenging.

Zoa hotel claims luxury, but the experience was anything but that. Ants in my bed and slow service made it unbearable. I expected a complimentary gift for my troubles, but nothing. The temperature of the shower was impossible to manage. Almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't. Disappointing is an understatement.

The open plan shower lacked privacy with no door, and a flimsy half door for the toilet!!! The pool's temperature could definitely use a boost for a more comfortable swim experience!!! Tiny beach access is not the most convenient either.

Zoa hotel, adults only is a gem! The heated infinity pool is fine, and I loved relaxing on my private terrace, listening to the gentle ocean sounds. The manager, salomon. The mini-bar stocked with mezcal was a nice touch, too!

Zoa Hotel, Adults Only is enchanting. The private cabanas offer amazing ocean views, while the food is really good. Salomon's warmth and attentiveness.

Beautiful Views with Room for Improvement

The fine ocean views from our suite took our breath away. The attentive manager provided really good service, our needs were met. Meals at the hotel restaurant were fresh and was great. For a better morning experience, I'd recommend setting up a coffee station for early risers.

The heated infinity pool was fine, yet waking up with ants in bed was disappointing.

The room was lovely, romantic, and new-fashioned, with a garden view. It had convenient coffee and tea making equipment and glassware. the building was very elegant and the hotel's location was great, just a short distance from the ocean, neighboring towns like Mazunte and San Agustinillo, and a swimmable beach. Only a 15-minute walk to St Paul's Church.

The zoa hotel, adults only exudes tranquility and beauty. The room service was prompt, and the food creations from local ingredients blew our minds. The views from our private terrace were amazing.
